I'm struggling lately with some challenges in my workplace...and yet again I  refer to Barbara's work to remind me that the key in finding JOY at work involves finding my passion... "any small thing about your job you can love".  We all need to discover something that gives us a sense of real purpose and concentrate on it....and that, can help define a new enthusiasm for the task at hand.
